1 . Why am I unable to logon to certain websites like msn.com or gmail.com?  
Answer : For those who use Wi-Fi router to online, please configure the routers MTU size value to 1400.

2 . Why is my iZZi Dialer keep dialing and at the end does not connect to the internet?  
Answer : iZZi Dialer only works with Microsoft Windows english edition. You might need to create a PPPoE connection manually. Please call the customer care to provide step by step guide in creating the connection.

3 . Why is it when I try to install my iZZi driver for Macintosh, it prompts me for an application to launch it? 
Answer : The driver comes in compressed form and needs a software named "Stuffit" to uncompress it. User can download the software from www.stuffit.com.

Answer : User Terminal is a device that acts as a modem in order to enable user to connect to iZZi service.

Answer : The YELLOW & GREEN indicator lights on the User Terminal (UT) will serve as indications of weak and strong signals respectively.

Answer : Yes. You need to install a User Terminal (UT) driver. The User Terminal (UT) driver will be included in the package or you can download the driver here.
